Deep Tissue Body

A therapeutic treatment which targets sore contracted muscles with slow deep strokes. It’s excellent for ridding your body tension, releasing tightness and reducing muscle pain.

Swedish Oil Body Massage

This is the most commonly offered and best-known types of massage. During Swedish Oil Body Massage, massage therapists uses massage oils to facilitate smooth, gliding strokes over the entire body. Other classic Swedish massage moves include kneading, friction, stretching and (sometimes) tapping. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits.

Hot Stone Massage

This involves the application of waterheated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The heat of the rocks causes muscles to relax, therefore allowing the therapist to apply deeper, more precise pressure if desired or necessary.

Foot Reflexology

This is an acupressure of foot’s reflexive points and nervous system. Therapist uses specific thumbs, fingers and hand techniques without the use of oil, cream or lotion based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change in the body, to stimulate, massage and apply pressure on various points in the feet that correspond to specific glands and organs inside the body.
